I worked with Camila and Shelby, Matt the GM helped put the deal together, Roland the F&I guy very professional. I drove 3 hours round trip for this car and bought it sight unseen(it was new). I couldnt get this deal done in Jax Fl where I am from. After 4 dealerships, I found these guys, good bunch, every one trys hard and just gets it done. Camila is an up and coming star, go see her, she will treat you right. Thanks Gainesville, I love my Pacifica!!

I had an appointment and she made fresh coffee to sip on while we completed paperwork. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Made appointment to see a truck and was told they would have it there and ready to look at. Went the next day at the appointment time and waited five hours for the truck to get there. Purchased a truck and found out there was only one key and was told they would get me a second. Two months later I’m still waiting. I’m happy with the truck disappointed with management.
