I couldnt get this deal done in Jax Fl where I am from. After 4 dealerships, I found these guys, good bunch, every one trys hard and just gets it done. I had an appointment and she made fresh coffee to sip on while we completed paperwork. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Made appointment to see a truck and was told they would have it there and ready to look at. Went the next day at the appointment time and waited five hours for the truck to get there. Purchased a truck and found out there was only one key and was told they would get me a second. Two months later I’m still waiting. I’m happy with the truck disappointed with management.

Not happy at all with service department, trk had codes,still not fixed, codes,told me no codes,pickup trk started trk to leave, codes still showing, driving home smell exhaust fumes coming in to trk,got home parked trk, I wasn't feeling good from exhaust fumes coming in trk I rolled widows down, now trk interior smell like exhaust fumes, NOT HAPPY PERSON.

Bought a brand new 2025 Dodge Durango last year.
Bought a brand new 2025 Dodge Durango last year. This was after owning a brand new 2015 Dodge Durango for 10 trouble free years. Also after owning several new Dodges, Jeeps & Chryslers! Recently moved to the Gainesville area and now enjoy coming to this dealership. Scotty was great to work with on our first service visit. We are already scheduled for a follow up so we’ll see how well the process works next week!

This was the worst experience in a dealership I have ever had. I felt unheard. I had an experience with the service manager that was threatening. He pounced on me, called be BUD and told me 3 times to come get my Jeep and take somewhere else. I live 2 and 1/2 hours away, broke down on I75. Had to rent a car for 3 weeks at my expense. I have owned 2 Jeeps since 2017, I have this week traded my Jeep for a Toyota and will never come back. You have lost me forever because of this dealership. I am 69 years old been driving since I was 16. Never been treated this way. Not to worry, I am gone. I wish you well.
