I told him which Ram truck I was interested in and John arranged for me to test drive it the next day. John made the buying process very easy and even took my old Ram in on trade. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and made me feel welcome. I am very happy with my new Ram 3500 Bighorn Night Edition. I bought this Ram 3500 because of the 6.7 Cummins HO Turbo Diesel for pulling my toy hauler. John took the stress out of buying a new Ram and I highly recommend Gainesville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

The only reason I would not recommend the dealership is
The only reason I would not recommend the dealership is this. I had a pre approval on my trade in vehicle and I did not actually find out until signing that I was given $2000.00 less. This is also the reason we opted not to get the extended warranty. Our salesperson was wonderful, but I do feel that the negotiations were a bit underhanded. Love the vehicle and will seek and will seek a different dealership for continued services, etc.

Poor customer service after the sale, lots of bait and switch tactics, lots of legal documents errors. Promised me no payment for 60 days, after signing the contract payment started 30 days, told me my previous loan was paid off before I left the dealership, 3 weeks after I was billed a payment from my previous loan company on my old truck and the new truck payment starts in 30 days. Don’t plan on referring anyone else to this trap.

Not enough interaction to give more than 4 stars. Not enough issue to give less than 4 stars. Warranty work that required “inspecting” some plugs. Differential sensor replacement took about 3 weeks never heard any updates during that time until it was done.

Poor customer service after the sale, lots of bait and
Poor customer service after the sale, lots of bait and switch tactics, lots of legal documents errors. Promised me no payment for 60 days, after signing the contract payment started 30 days, told me my previous loan was paid off before I left the dealership, 3 weeks after I was billed a payment from my previous loan company on my old truck and the new truck payment starts in 30 days. Don’t plan on referring anyone else to this trap.

Was very good even though they did not get us the right owners manual for our new 2025 Dodge Ram Warlock, would still like to receive it still. They gave us an owners manual that did not cover our truck.
