This was the worst experience in a dealership I have ever had. I felt unheard. I had an experience with the service manager that was threatening. He pounced on me, called be BUD and told me 3 times to come get my Jeep and take somewhere else. I live 2 and 1/2 hours away, broke down on I75. Had to rent a car for 3 weeks at my expense. Not happy at all with service department, trk had codes,still not fixed, codes,told me no codes,pickup trk started trk to leave, codes still showing, driving home smell exhaust fumes coming in to trk,got home parked trk, I wasn't feeling good from exhaust fumes coming in trk I rolled widows down, now trk interior smell like exhaust fumes, NOT HAPPY PERSON.
I always take my car here for oil changes, and I have been very pleased every time. I usually wait and the service is fairly speedy. The counter people usually polite and friendly. Helen was very nice the last time.
Jason was an excellent salesman.Very informative, Honest, and very easy to deal with. He is the go to man for a jeep.

I was very satisfied with my recent visit, Jaime in the maintenance dept. was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have a car care plan and she knew who to call, called them and got me all squared away and I greatly appreciated her help.
We recently moved from Maryland to Florida and left behind an amazing Jeep dealership, so I was hoping to find the same level of service here. Way too expensive. Passenger seat chord needs replacement. Part is $40. Diagnostic is $250. Labor is $400+.

Bought a brand new 2025 Dodge Durango last year. This was after owning a brand new 2015 Dodge Durango for 10 trouble free years. Also after owning several new Dodges, Jeeps & Chryslers! Recently moved to the Gainesville area and now enjoy coming to this dealership. Scotty was great to work with on our first service visit. We are already scheduled for a follow up so we’ll see how well the process works next week!

Best staff ever in sales and finance! I left very happy with my truck, and they fixed the part that was on order. Service dept lady that checked us in was rude, but the other departments were incredible!!

I had an excellent experience working with Mr Cordero while car shopping. He went above and beyond to help us, was extremely knowledgeable, and showed great patience throughout the entire process. While we ultimately weren't able to get the car due to circumstances on our end, Jesus made the experience entirely positive. I highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a vehicle!
Helena was the best person in the whole place. As far as work quality, time will tell. It has the same kind of plastic oil pan that it had before.

The best person you have working at the Gainesville office is Helena Johnson, in the Service Department. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She made sure that our Jeep Grand Cherokee was taken care of. She always had a smile on her face. Everyone else that we dealt with there was very offish or rude. All they wanted to do was treat you like you were on an assembly line. They couldn't get you out quick enough. Had a great experience with our vehicle purchases. Salesman John Haller was great and toke the time to help us pick the right vehicles for both our needs. John Rolin was great with explaining all the financing and warranty options. Over all the best experience I've had in a while in purchasing new vehicles.
Overall experience was solid, big Eric was a great guy and easy to get along with. I did run into the issue of whoever the internet salesperson was, scheduled me for a test drive in a used jeep that wasn’t actually on site which complicated and elongated the process as a whole. Eric did a great job of accommodating me and making the best of it though even when he wasn’t involved with the mistake. I appreciated that.

I was shopping for 7 weeks for a specific Chrysler Pacifica sport model, with Silver ext. and Black interior, black accents. I live in Jax Fl. I tried 4 different dealerships in Jax and one in Fernandina beach, three out of 4 didnt return email inquiries or Phone calls, and one said he would call in 2 days with my car....nothing.

Turned away at service for an oil change due to staff call outs. Sadly I have prioritized this dealer and am now wondering why. One minute I'm told I don't need appointments the next I'm asked if I have an appointment. I would have waited on the service, all I wanted was an oil change. Never will you catch me owning any Stellantis product one I get out from under this nightmare that no one has parts for except good ole Dodge dealerships 🤦♂️

When I went to accept the offer, I was told it was no longer avaliable because another Manger canceled the deal. They tried to solve the problem and called me back to get all my numbers correct. Made appointment to see a truck and was told they would have it there and ready to look at. Went the next day at the appointment time and waited five hours for the truck to get there. Purchased a truck and found out there was only one key and was told they would get me a second. Two months later I’m still waiting. I’m happy with the truck disappointed with management.

This dealership was a challenge to work with. The left hand never knew what the right hand was doing. In my opinion, based on my experience I would not recommend.

I will start off by saying I didn't go to Gainesville Dodge looking to purchase a vehicle, but rather to get information for a college paper that I was writing last semester. I forget the salesman and his managers name, but they were understanding, and were more than happy to work with me to get the information I was looking for. I do like Dodge pickups, and if I am ever in the market for one, I would consider going here as great as they were in helping me get info for my paper.
Donald and Buddy the Manager did an awesome job finding me the perfect truck in my budget. I walked out the door paying cash and happy customer. I will be back.
