Finance was good. I do feel it was not a simple price no hassle. On sunday there was the potential for 14k worth of discounts wven though some i wouldnt qualify for but even wtih what ibdid didnt add up but wanted the vehicle
The girls were both great Kirsten and Haylee The waiting area needs places for people to plug in and use computers. People get stuck trying to work remotely and the only small tables in the area are no where near power outlets

They make you sign papers before buying and tell you it’s a 6-person car, but when they deliver it, it’s a 5-seater; then they refuse to help—they’re liars.

Sterry was personal and was upfront with what I was looking for.. I was not looking to buy that day, he did however show me what I was interested in and was fortunate enough to go ahead with the purchase.
The only reason I would not recommend the dealership is this. I had a pre approval on my trade in vehicle and I did not actually find out until signing that I was given $2000.00 less. This is also the reason we opted not to get the extended warranty. Our salesperson was wonderful, but I do feel that the negotiations were a bit underhanded. Love the vehicle and will seek and will seek a different dealership for continued services, etc.
Harley Allen was my service advisor. He did a fantastic job keeping me in the loop with my trucks service. Harley is assisting me with some extended warranty paperwork as well. The issue was eventually solved and remedied and I'm back on the road. Thank you Harley, you are definitely a benefit to your dealership.
The service department did an excellent job with 85,000 mile schedule service and diagnosing cause for vibration when slowing to a stop. Service advisor very knowledgeable and helpful.
I have always been well taken care of by the service department at this dealership. Harley kept me well informed of the progress of some required service that I knew was going to take 4 or 5 days up front.

Poor customer service after the sale, lots of bait and switch tactics, lots of legal documents errors. Promised me no payment for 60 days, after signing the contract payment started 30 days, told me my previous loan was paid off before I left the dealership, 3 weeks after I was billed a payment from my previous loan company on my old truck and the new truck payment starts in 30 days. Don’t plan on referring anyone else to this trap.
Staff worked really hard getting the job done they made sure I was happy with the deal.

Not enough interaction to give more than 4 stars. Not enough issue to give less than 4 stars. Warranty work that required “inspecting” some plugs. Differential sensor replacement took about 3 weeks never heard any updates during that time until it was done.
Eric and Kevin were both friendly and professional, my husband and I had been looking at dealerships for months and kept getting turned away but Eric and Kevin made sure that we ended up leaving with a vehicle that works within four budget.

Although I did not purchase my Jeep Wrangler from CDJR, I have remained their loyal customer for the past year after realizing that they actually provide the best customer service in town. In addition, they know how to service my vehicle properly. I had several horrible experiences with the dealership across the street where I purchased my vehicle. I had an appointment and still had to wait four days for my car . I got it back with the driver's seat side plate dislodged and greasy hand prints on the car . I had to reinstall the seat side at home.

I really liked the young salesman Sterry Martin. The sales manager was very willing to work with me on what I needed for my trade. The finance manager was also not pushy and didn’t try to sale me warranties I didn’t want.

Horrible customer service! I feel like I was lied to about the diagnostic. I was quoted $ 28,000 for a transmission repair. Insane! Very dishonest service manager trying to take advantage of my 20 year old daughter who is a medical student at UF. Unethical, disgusting behavior!

Purchased a used vehicle and the dealership 90 day warranty. Didn’t really want this added But it’s already included in the price. Luckily we had this because with 3 days of getting the car, we needed to bring it back for warranty work and they had the car for 2 days and still haven’t even looked at it. Some of the repairs we are asking for are safety items and no one is helping us. At this time we can’t recommend this dealership for a used car.

Not happy at all with service department, trk had codes,still not fixed, codes,told me no codes,pickup trk started trk to leave, codes still showing, driving home smell exhaust fumes coming in to trk,got home parked trk, I wasn't feeling good from exhaust fumes coming in trk I rolled widows down, now trk interior smell like exhaust fumes, NOT HAPPY PERSON.
I always take my car here for oil changes, and I have been very pleased every time. I usually wait and the service is fairly speedy. The counter people usually polite and friendly. Helen was very nice the last time.
