I couldnt get this deal done in Jax Fl where I am from. After 4 dealerships, I found these guys, good bunch, every one trys hard and just gets it done. I told him which Ram truck I was interested in and John arranged for me to test drive it the next day. John made the buying process very easy and even took my old Ram in on trade. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and made me feel welcome. I am very happy with my new Ram 3500 Bighorn Night Edition. I bought this Ram 3500 because of the 6.7 Cummins HO Turbo Diesel for pulling my toy hauler. The only reason I would not recommend the dealership is
The only reason I would not recommend the dealership is this. I had a pre approval on my trade in vehicle and I did not actually find out until signing that I was given $2000.00 less. This is also the reason we opted not to get the extended warranty. Our salesperson was wonderful, but I do feel that the negotiations were a bit underhanded. Love the vehicle and will seek and will seek a different dealership for continued services, etc.
