I couldnt get this deal done in Jax Fl where I am from. After 4 dealerships, I found these guys, good bunch, every one trys hard and just gets it done. I told him which Ram truck I was interested in and John arranged for me to test drive it the next day. John made the buying process very easy and even took my old Ram in on trade. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and made me feel welcome. I am very happy with my new Ram 3500 Bighorn Night Edition. I bought this Ram 3500 because of the 6.7 Cummins HO Turbo Diesel for pulling my toy hauler. Made appointment to see a truck and was told they would have it there and ready to look at. Went the next day at the appointment time and waited five hours for the truck to get there. Purchased a truck and found out there was only one key and was told they would get me a second. Two months later I’m still waiting. I’m happy with the truck disappointed with management.
